Shipping Policy

At RLStop, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship From

We fulfill orders from two warehouse locations: one in the United States and one in Asia. Your order will ship from the location that can deliver to you fastest based on product availability and your shipping address.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods such as holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, the warehouse your order ships from, and carrier conditions.

All orders within the United States ship free of charge. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential fees.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change an address once your order has shipped. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us at support@rlstop.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution, which may include sending a replacement.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Then contact us so we can help.
