10 years ago I had a double total knee replacement. I have suffered restless legs ever since. The nerve damage extends up into my back as well. I like your product very much. However, I find the nighttime formula makes me too groggy the next day, so I’ve only been using the daytime version; albeit at night. Good quality but I ended up not having an issue getting iron into the brain. Your TSAT should be a minimum of 20% for those with RLS and mine is 36%. However the arteries and veins diameter in my legs are way oversized causing leakage between the flaps. Im having laser treatment to shrink the diameter to normal and stop the leakage. Theory is, the leakage causes inflammation causing RLS. It was a 90% cure for my cousin and I'm hopeful for the same. Since I don't need more iron, I still take the night formula to get the magnesium and vitamin D. I don't take daytime as I don't want iron overload. Good company, good service! Bob

RLStop is a dietary supplement. DAY has iron 65mg, vitamin C 200mg and vitamin B6 40mg. NIGHT has magnesium 250mg, vitamin D3 2000 IU and vitamin E 400 IU. Iron and magnesium can slow how some pills absorb, so take RLStop at least 2 hours apart from other pills, and 4 hours apart from thyroid pills. NIGHT has 400 IU of vitamin E, worth knowing if you take a blood thinner. Follow the directions on the label. We're not able to give medical advice.
