You get into bed ready to rest. RLStrap is a simple bedtime habit: put it on, get comfortable and let the day go.
RLStrap gives your feet something steady to feel at bedtime: firm, comfortable pressure across the arch. It takes a minute to put on and comes off whenever you want.

1
Open the wrap
Undo the three straps and slip your foot in, so the pad sits across the arch. Toes and heel stay free.
2
Pull the straps snug
Tighten each strap until the pressure feels firm but comfortable. You should still be able to wiggle your toes. Never painful.
3
Lie down and rest

The supplements are good so far but the compression item for the foot I bought is missing the Velcro for the right foot one is missing. I have reached out to customer service for a replacement but have yet to hear back (I reached out a week ago).
Mixed feelings, so three stars feels fair. The good: when I get the fit right it genuinely calms my legs and I sleep better. The not so good: the sizing runs a little narrow and it took me almost a week of fiddling to stop it from pinching. If they made it a bit more adjustable I'd bump this to five. For now it helps enough that I keep using it.
Skeptic to the core. I assumed it was one of those gimmicks you see online. My daughter bought it for me anyway. I've now worn it 40-something nights and my restless legs are a non-issue. I owe my kid an apology and this company a thank you.
Fair to say it's a bit of both for me. Some nights it works great and I'm out fast. Other nights I barely notice a difference and I'm up wandering the house again. The build quality is fine and it's comfortable, I just wish it were more consistent. Three stars, cautiously keeping it.
My wife made me try this because I was keeping her up every single night with the kicking. It took me two nights to figure out the right tension, once I did, the difference was night and day. She's back in our bed and I feel like a human being again during the day.
Those things did not work at all on my restless leg syndrome and it's crazy because I paid a lot of money for them and here I am still dying of restless leg syndrome because nobody gives a s*** and nothing works
Unfortunately the RLStrap adjustable comfort wrap did not work for me. Your website advertised that there is a 90 day money back guarantee. However, when I informed about the process for returns. I was told that I could not get a refund. How is someone going to know if the product works well for them if they do not use it. You should not advertise on the website that there is a 90 day money back guarantee, all the details for returns should be printed, made visible on the site. That way when a person makes the purchase they are aware of this.
the item was too small it would not even fit over my hand. They guarantee a refund, I returned it and I never got a refund and they refuse to give me my money back. Terrible company, it's a scam.
I've spent a small fortune over the years, supplements, special socks, a fancy massager that broke in a month. This plain little strap outperformed all of it. My legs settle down fast and stay settled. I only wish I'd tried it before wasting all that money.
Good product overall. It genuinely calms my legs and I fall asleep faster. I'm giving four stars only because the first strap's velcro started to fatigue after about five months of nightly use. Support was quick to help though, and for the price I'll happily buy another.
It's soft, breathable and made for bed. You can wear it with or without socks, on your back or your side.
Will it fit my foot?
It fits US shoe sizes 5 to 13, women's and men's, and adjusts from about 25 to 45 cm around the foot. If you're outside that, email support@rlstop.com before you order.
Will it cut off my circulation?
It shouldn't feel tight. Fasten the straps firm but comfortable; you should be able to wiggle your toes freely. If you feel numbness, tingling or pain, loosen it or take it off.
How is it different from compression socks?
Compression socks squeeze your whole lower leg. RLStrap only presses across the arch of your foot, and you set how firm with three straps.
Can I use it with the RLStop capsules?
Yes. The capsules are taken during the day and at night, and the wrap is worn in bed. There's nothing in the wrap that goes into your body.
How fast will I notice something?
It's different for everyone. Some people like the feeling the first night. Give it a few nights in a row.
Is it for one foot or both?
Both. Each RLStrap comes as a pair, one wrap for each foot. A second pair is handy as a spare or to share, and 2 pairs ship free.
How do I wash it?
Fasten the straps first, then hand or machine wash cold and let it air dry. Don't bleach.
What if it's not for me?
Return an unused wrap in its original packaging within 90 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. Email support@rlstop.com to start.
