10 years ago I had a double total knee replacement. I have suffered restless legs ever since. The nerve damage extends up into my back as well. Good quality but I ended up not having an issue getting iron into the brain. Your TSAT should be a minimum of 20% for those with RLS and mine is 36%. However the arteries and veins diameter in my legs are way oversized causing leakage between the flaps. Im having laser treatment to shrink the diameter to normal and stop the leakage. Theory is, the leakage causes inflammation causing RLS. It was a 90% cure for my cousin and I'm hopeful for the same. Since I don't need more iron, I still take the night formula to get the magnesium and vitamin D. I don't take daytime as I don't want iron overload. Good company, good service! Bob
